Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact and safe?
A: All Amberley West shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, and we’ve chosen shippers with excellent track records. Our shipments are also insured from our door to yours for their full value.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: At Amberley West it is important to us that our clients are completely satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly take back an item for a full refund or exchange (different size etc.) for 30-days after the purchase. We just ask that the item is in original condition and not be altered or sized after the purchase. Items with customization such as engraving are not returnable.

Q: Do you provide ring sizing?
A: Many of our rings such as wedding bands are sold in your specific finger size. Solitaires, engagement and fashion rings are sold in a stock size as noted the listing. These rings can be sized after you decide to keep your purchase locally or can be returned to us for sizing. Wedding bands or rings sold by finger size have a complimentary size-exchange plus shipping and handling during the first 30-days. After 30-days the pricing and availability of sizing varies depending on which ring you purchase as well as the metal. To exchange your ring please call our customer service number at 888-436-2753.
